ABOUT:AGOK

The Association of Gaming Operators – Kenya (AGOK), established in 2005 and officially registered with the registration number 24442, serves as a collective voice for gaming operators in Kenya.

Our primary aim is to provide our members with a platform to advocate for their interests and concerns to the Betting, Control, and Licensing Board (BCLB) and other relevant government departments.

AGOK operates under the legal framework outlined in CHAPTER 131 of the Constitution and Laws of Kenya, specifically "The Betting, Lotteries, and Gaming Act." Additionally, we are dedicated to education and steering progress within the industry, seeking to address broader industry-related issues such as labor concerns.

In essence, AGOK acts as a representative and support organization for the gaming industry in Kenya, working to ensure its members' voices are heard and their concerns addressed by regulatory authorities and government entities.
